Design Process
- Receive new merchant questionnaire.
- Use the template chosen by the merchant as a starting point.
- Research the merchant, their competitors, and the industry they are involved in to generate relevant website copy (use Chat GPT if need be).
- Browse and select appropriate stock photography fitting for the merchant's audience.
- If e-commerce, create placeholder products for visualization purposes.
- Submit website < 72 hours from assignment received.
Website Modifications
These consist on requests merchants send regarding their website. They can range from image updates to entire redesigns. Some outliers can have a different timeframe but they usually have a 12 to 48 hour delivery.
Manual Backups
Create 2 backups of around 85 live websites every 2 months: one as is and another one after updating all plug-ins/themes and verifying it works as intended (no errors appear).

Design and print gift cards for PR, US, and USVI merchants to be used with their payment terminals.

Design Process
- Research the assigned merchant.
- Select appropriate imagery.
- Design 3 different choices for the merchant to select from.
- Submit designs by 24 hours from task creation.
Gift Card Pipeline Process
- Receive an order by e-mail, ticket, or through an account specialist.
- Create the task on ClickUp and assign a designer.
- Once the designer has submitted the designs, contact the merchant via email for approval.
- Print and test the selected gift card design.
- Hand off the completed cards to the installations department for a technician to deliver.

I schedule social media posts for Allied Commercial Financial’s different platforms through LikeFusion with the intention of acquiring new leads and raising brand awareness. For Banktech PR, Clover Capital Puerto Rico, and TapLocal PR, my responsibility is to manage community messages (comments & DMs) on assigned days, redirecting possible leads to the customer service department.
